SARASWATI

 Saraswati is known as the goddess of learning, music and creative skill. Consort of Bramha, Saraswati is a much worshipped goddess, the special day of worshipping her being on the day of Basanta Panchami or Shree Panchami. In later days, Saraswati has been popularly known as the consort of Lord Vishnu. 

Saraswati Saraswati is the goddess of Learning. All those who worship her is believed to confer Wisdom and Learning. As Goddess of music and poetry, she is revered alike by Brahmans and Buddhists. She is generally represented seated holding the musical instrument Bina with her both hands. She is of white colour and her mount is a peacock.
