Akshay Kumar is back again in his ‘Singh’ avatar with the Prabhudeva directorial ‘Singh Is Bling’. The first look of the movie was launched on Twitter.
Like many other Akshay Kumar movies, this first look also has the superstar in biceps and a “different” avatar, which is so not different.
Akshay sports a light beard and a gloomy expression, similar to what he did in his previous outing ‘Gabbar Is Back’. Not that we disapprove of it, we certainly hope for better from the movie.
British actress Amy Jackson has stepped into Kriti Sanon’s shoes as she opted out of the movie citing date issues. Amy looks pretty, just what’s expected from her, but will she have a role to play? We shall see.
‘Singh Is Bling’ arrives as an addition to the 2008 movie ‘Singh Is Kinng’ series and hence, Akshay can be seen in a red turban. But is there a mystery behind the sombre expression? We shall see that too.
Directed by Prabhudeva, the movie is speculated to be a fun watch. Also starring Lara Dutta, ‘Singh Is Bling’ is slated to release on October 2.
